Is Udyam registration free?
Yes, the government charges no fee for Udyam registration. We only charge a small professional fee for preparation and filing.
Do I need an FSSAI licence for a home kitchen?
Yes. Any food business, including home-based and cloud kitchens, needs at least a basic FSSAI registration.
When is PF registration mandatory?
PF registration becomes mandatory once your business has 20 or more employees. ESI generally applies once you have 10 or more employees within the wage limit.
